In the event of a defective product, Minis Baby&Kids will be liable for it as long as it is a manufacturing defect and not a defect derived from the use of the product.
The buyer shall inform of the lack of conformity with the product within 15 days of receipt. Minis Baby&Kids will subject the product to quality control in order to determine if the defect is due to its use or to a manufacturing defect, in which case we will be responsible for the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund for the amount paid, with no additional charges to the buyer for these procedures.
