RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Term: 15 days from receipt of the order
Returns: Only products that have not been used are allowed to be retuned, and they must be in perfect condition and with their labels on.
Exchanges: To make any exchange, for a different size or item, you must request a refund and make a new purchase.
Steps to follow to process a return:
1. Access our returns portal by clicking here
2. You must enter these data to identify the order:
- Order number (Ex. 16195).
- Email or phone number.
3. Once you have accessed the portal, you will be able to see all your orders within the return period.
4. Item(s) to be returned must be wrapped in their original packaging or a similar one, in a unique well-closed opaque bag or box.
The package must include the order number.
It must be addressed to: MINIS. Calle Aulencia 1 28224. Pozuelo de Alarcón. Madrid.
Refund: You will receive the refund amount through the same payment method used for the purchase in an estimated period of 10-15 days from receipt of the product in our warehouse (you will receive a confirmation email).
Please note we are unable to refund any shipping, custom taxes or duties incurred.
Returns from Spain and Portugal will have a cost of €4.95 which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Shipping costs for returns outside of Spain or Portugal will be assumed by the customer.
