RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Term: within 15 days after receipt of the order

Returns: Send us an e-mail to info@minisbk.com indicating:

• Order number
• Item (s) to be returned
• Reason for your return (it is of great help for us to improve our service)

Once we receive your e-mail, we will inform the courier service for the package pickup:

• Item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached.
• Items (s) must be packaged in their original packaging or a similar one.
• The package must include the order number.
• It must be addressed to: Minis Baby&Kids. Calle Aulencia 1 28224. Pozuelo de Alarcón. Madrid.
• Unless otherwise indicated, we will pick it up in the same address where it was delivered.

Exchanges: To make any exchange, for a different size or item, you must request a refund and make a new purchase.

Refund:

• You will receive the amount for the refund using the same method of payment of the purchase within an estimated period of 10 to 15 days upon receipt of the product in our premises.
• The shipping charges of the returns will be discounted from the refund amount in accordance with the fees stated in the section “Shipping” of Minis Babys&Kids (www.minisbk.com), with the exception of the following cases, when there will be no charges:
• If the initial shipping of the order was free.
• If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error in the order delivered.
• Please note we are unable to refund any shipping, custom taxes or duties incurred.
